Personal 1-to-1 Training

With my in-person training all the focus is on you, and only you. As a skilled trainer I work with you 1-to-1 in a safe environment and give you personalized attention regarding your techniques and progress. I help you to stay accountable to your goals, closely track your progress and adjust your training program accordingly. 

Personal Online Training

If you choose to enroll in one of my online training plans, I still build a customized training plan for you that is available through your own training app. You train on your own time and simply take your workouts to the gym or do it at home and track your own progress. I then review your progress and tweak your training plan accordingly.

We all find it sometimes difficult to stick to a new routine or habit, so as a personal trainer, I help you overcome all the excuses you might use to avoid your commitment to exercise. It’s a lot harder to skip the gym when you know someone is waiting for you.

Thus, having me as trainer by your side provides the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine.

My training programs are different to most fitness programs out there. While most trainers, focus mainly on the physical aspects of losing weight or getting healthy, I take a holistic approach to the total well-being of all my clients.

My programs incorporate exercises, goal-setting and all-round health education… and my biggest goal is to get you to understand that you are worthy to be fit, happy and healthy.

Before We Start - Fitness Assessment

We create balance between physical activity and healthy eating because a well-rounded fitness program includes both physical activity and a nutrition plan that supports your body and lifestyle.

So, before we start I do a Fitness Assessment with each client to determine where you currently are with your physical ability and what your goals are for your new Fitness Program.

A Typical Workout

I use a combination of functional fitness, compound movements, HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) and weight training customised to your goals and fitness levels.

The workouts combine the challenges of boot camp, cross fit, weight training and a dash of cardio. This ensures that you get to tone, build your fitness levels and also burn fat all at the same time, getting the maximum out of your workouts.

And don’t worry…I keep my workouts fun by changing them regularly.
